At KIM London, we want your order to feel right in real life. If something is not right, contact us and we will help you through the return process.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable. We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to start a return

Return costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
